who are Livesey Construction and Design Ltd? 

Livesey Construction and Design Ltd was ESTABLISHED in 2016 as the third generation of the Livesey name within the building industry.

After personally spending over 12 years working for various design and construction companies in the Leeds and Wakefield areas.  On site experience combined with an architectural design background paved the way for the creation of Livesey Construction and Design Ltd to offer a fully in house service.  Our clients only ever have one point of contact, us, removing the stress of initially finding and dealing numerous reliable trades throughout the project.

Livesey Construction and Design Ltd specialise in providing planning drawings to help you realise your homes’ full potential and to guide you from concept to completion through the planning application and building process.  It is our aim to be the best investment our clients can make, by understanding their needs and delivering for them high quality building solutions using best practice methodology.

We are a small and approachable company providing architectural and complete building solutions primarily in West Yorkshire, although we are happy to offer our services anywhere within the UK.

We have a great deal of experience with all aspects of residential construction and refurbishment, specialising within ground works, subsidence, underpinning and basement conversions.
